NEANDERTHALS DIVIDED THE WORK BY SEX

Throughout the history of our species “Homo sapiens”, one of the features that differentiated us from earlier species is that, in hunter-gatherer societies as it still happens in villages of Tanzania, the work is divided by sex. However, a group of researchers of the National Museum of Sciences has found evidences that show that this division by sex is not only given in our species, but also in the previous one, the Neanderthals. One of the proofs is found in the teeth, because these were used as a fundamental tool in order to hold fur or flesh. The results reveal that women present more and longer stretch marks than men do, moreover they have different lesions in the enamel and dentin. This demonstrates that women might have developed tasks related with the treatment of skins and wood, while men have engaged in the manufacture of stone tools and its retouching.

Are we then so different from an extinct human species which lived about 35000 years ago, that -as we- had a culture, made drawings and used symbols, which points to a complex thought?

In 2005, Denmark also had an islamist conflict. It was produced because the newspaper called Jyllands-Posten published some Mohammed's cartoons. All this started because the writer Karé Bluitgen was looking for painters to do a text about Mohammed's life. Karé Bluitgen received 12 cartoons that were published on the 30th of September.

The 12th of October of 2005, the ambassadors of the 10 muslim nations and the representative of Palestine in Denmark protested and asked for explanations about the cartoons. On the 30th of January of 2006, the ambassadors of Siria, Indonesia and Iran left their countries because they didn't have security. A day after that, the drafts of Jyllands-Posten had to go out because someone advised them that there was a bomb. On the 6th of February of 2006, four people in Afganistan, one in El Libano and other in Somalia were died. On the 8th of February of 2006, the weekly Charlie Hebdo published the cartoons and the Great Mosque of Paris and the Union of Islamic Organisations of France put a demand because of the crime of public hurts to a group of people of the same religion. On the 14th of February of 2006, an Iranian newspaper begins to publish the cartoons of a contest of jokes of the Holocaust. On the 22nd of March of 2006, the Correctional Court of Paris excused to Charlie Hebdo of the crime of hurts on the religion for publishing three of Mohammed's cartoons, for that, on the 28th of February of 2006, during the judgment, he said that he was sorry considering that the publication of the cartoons was protected by the right of freedom of expression and that they weren't attacking the Islam.

Neonazis go into the streets to honour the Greek heroes

As every year by this time, the Greek party "Aurora Dorada" (AD) organized on Saturday the 31st of January an act to honour the heroes of Imia, the three Greek soldiers that died in 1996 during the worst military conflict between Greece and Turkey. But this time, it was different due to some reasons; one of them is that the neonazi party won the third place in the elections celebrated on Sunday 25th. This means, more people support the ideologies of Aurora Dorada each time.
AD is the biggest neonazi party in Greece, founded in the 1980s and with Nikolaos Michaololiakos as its leader. Some of its habitual practices are, for example, to distribute food only between Greeks, denying the right to eat to men, women, or hungry children due to their skin colour, their religion, or nationality.

Now, let's explain these type of practices with history. Neonazis have their origin, obviously, in nazi people and in Germany. But Hiter and his ideas didn't just appear from nothing. To see where these ideologies come from, we have to go even further, that is, to the 19th century.
As a reaction to the return to absolutism, two political ideologies emerged. They are called liberalism and nationalism. But actually, it is nationalism the one that interests us the most.
Nationalism also originated from the struggle of some countries to free themselves from domination by Napoleon. Then, it is an ideology that argued in favour to the right of people to establish their own independent states. They wanted their countries to have clearly defined borders; besides, their population would have a common history, language and culture, that will create a well-integrated society. This didn't only affect politics, but many other things like music, and will have a great influence in the future, like the impact it had in the nazi community. So, with that, history has explained us the way of thinking of the people who stared in this new.

The explosives charges, which fell on one of this city neighborhoods, have caused 30 deaths among the civil population and 97 injured.

Ukraine 1922
To understand the current situation in Ukraine we must go back to December of 1922, when this country together with Russia and other thirteen more republics formed part of the USSR (United Socialist Soviet Republics) which had a one-party and communist government. However, the 24th of August 1991, the Ukrainian parliament approved the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine, establishing it as an independent and democratic state. It was in November of 2013, when  rejecting its president joining with the European Union (having a democratic state) and wanting to establish closer links with Russia, protests and riots began in the country, leading to a very conflicting situation and finding ourselves daily news as the one shown above.
